What is the Costa Vacanze Card Club?

It is a loyalty card issued upon arrival at the hotel to all guests who stay for at least 4 days in one of our hotels.

The Costa Vacanze Card Club has gone virtual. To get it, simply download our Costa Vacanze App.

The benefits for new customers who download our Costa Vacanze App and obtain the virtual Costa Vacanze Card Club

For stays of at least 7 nights, enjoy the following benefits when you download our Costa Vacanze App and obtain the virtual Costa Vacanze Card Club:

Welcome credit: Receive a €30 welcome credit to spend on extra bar purchases during your first stay (the €30 credit is granted per room, even if multiple guests in the same room download the app).
Rechargeable credit: For a future stay, receive a credit equal to 3% of the total amount of your previous vacation, which can be used during your next stay at the hotel bar or restaurant. This credit can be spent on any non-alcoholic drinks, selected DOC wines, beers, other alcoholic beverages, and coffee not included in our All-Inclusive packages.

What is the Costa Vacanze Card Platinum?

Costa Vacanze Card Platinum

It is a loyalty card reserved for all our guests who have spent at least one vacation day in our hotels every year for over 5 consecutive years.

The benefits of being a Costa Vacanze Card Platinum holder:

Rechargeable credit: Receive a credit equal to 3% of the total amount of your previous vacation to use during a future stay at the hotel bar or restaurant. This credit can be spent on any non-alcoholic drinks, selected DOC wines, beers, other alcoholic beverages, spirits, and coffee not included in our All-Inclusive packages.
Exclusive booking discounts:
Book our weekly packages even after the official deadline of March 28, 2025.
Extra 3% discount: Receive an additional 3% discount on the total cost of your stay (valid for stays of at least 7 nights).
Use credit towards your stay: At checkout, if your card credit is sufficient, you can use it to pay up to 2% of your total stay (valid for bookings made at any time and stays of at least 7 days).
Flexible cancellation policy:
Full refund of your deposit if you cancel up to 8 days before arrival.
50% refund of your deposit if you cancel between 7 and 0 days before arrival.
